Your massage therapist will take you to the massage room and discuss some basics with you.  You can undress to your level of comfort after the therapist leaves the room.  There are hooks on the wall for your clothing.  You will lie on the table, under the sheet and blanket.  The therapist will only uncover the area that they are working on.  There is an adjustable "face cradle" for your face and a "bolster" for your ankles or knees (depending on which way you are laying).  Usually, the first half hour you are face down.  Then the therapist holds the blanket while you turn over on the table.  The second half hour you are lying face up.  We massage arms and hands, legs and feet, back, neck, and shoulders.   More time is spent working on the back, unless otherwise requested.   If requested, we can also massage your face and scalp.  We use a hypoallergenic GEL, which is a combination of oil and lotion.  When the session is finished, the therapist will leave a hot towel for you and leave the room to allow you to redress.

YES!  There are many options available.  You can buy them online or in person at the studio.  We can also mail them to you.  We have physical plastic gift cards and online digital gift cards.  They can be in any denomination and they don't expire.  You can purchase a dollar amount or for a specific massage service.  Please text or call if you need help.

Couples massages can now be booked through Massage Book.  We will need to insure both therapists are available on the date and time your are requesting.  Next we need to know the length of the massage; 60 min or 90 min.  Then we need to know the type of massage; Swedish, deep tissue or prenatal.  We cannot offer hot stones or therapeutic massage in the couples room, but we can accomodate in separate rooms if necessary.   To confirm the appointment, we need names of both clients, phone number and email address.  Pricing is the same as individual massage.
